3. Proposal Acceptance – You review the proposal, ask any question and clarify any details,
   make any changes. Once the final details have been established, Shop Makers will forward the updated proposal for acceptance, once accepted the project will then move forward.
4. Client Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Gather client feedback to refine services and maintain high standards.
5. Tender Preparation – Shop Makers will prepare the tender scope, issue the tender requests to the contractors and suppliers, respond to inquiries, and provide ongoing updates.
6. Tender Review – Shop Makers will evaluate received tenders, clarify key details, and Transparency throughout the process.
7. Project Awarding – We support you in selecting and awarding contracts to the most suitable suppliers and Contractors
8. Post-Selection Support – Shop Makers assists with contract finalisation, onboarding and seamless transition into the execution phase
9. Transparent communication – Regular updates and open communication channels to keep you informed at every stage.
10. Handover project upon completion of the contracted scope of works – Shop Makers provides all necessary documentation, verifying that every aspect of the project meets high standards.
